GAPS = appropriate on the GAPS Diet (Full GAPS means that this recipe would be appropriate on the Full GAPS Diet; if the diet is not appropriate for the Full GAPS Diet, the STAGE will be listed at which the recipe may be introduced)

Paleo = appropriate on most Paleo diet

AIP = appropriate for Auto-Immune Paleo in the introduction stages
